About Magic Mobility Ltd

Magic Mobility Ltd started up in 2008 in the UK and we’ve been on an epic ride ever since. From our beginnings as a stairlift repair company through to present day sales agents, promoting innovative mobility solutions and public access equipment, we’ve stayed true to our core beliefs delivering an exceptional experience for our customers whilst providing a great value for money service.

Unlike some companies, we are respectful, we do not overcharge, we do not bully customers into buying and you can trust us to give free un-biased advice based on your needs, not what costs the most. Gratefully a lot of our work comes by recommendation and as we are agents of many products, we’re not locked into selling from a limited portfolio therefore offering you more choice.

We are based in Bristol but work with a trusted network of partners covering most of the UK. We will work closely with you and our partners to ensure your needs are met.

Why not contact us now to see if we can help you or a family member or friend find an ideal mobility solution. Call Phil direct on 07733 438555 to discuss your mobility requirements.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is simple: To make buying mobility equipment for yourself, a loved one, a friend or a business as painless and trouble free as possible. Our aim is to provide free, honest, un-biased advice whether you are looking for a product or service. We like to instil trust from the beginning right through to providing excellent after-sales service. Some of our customers have been with us for many years now and we see them as part of the Magic Mobility Ltd family.

We only sell or hire equipment via third parties that we ourselves have tested in the field ensuring reliability and longevity once installed on site. We simply do not sell rubbish that makes the customers and families life a misery as a result.

We are always on the look-out for clever or innovative mobility products that help make lives easier for those with disabilities. So if you are in the trade and would like us to test and maybe promote your product please contact us to see if we can work together.

POPULAR QUESTIONS

  • Should I have my mobility device serviced?

As with any mechanical device we would recommend a service once a year to keep things tight and lubricated. For very heavily used equipment its possible that two services a year could be needed but this is rare.

  • What warranty do you offer?

All stairlifts come with a comprehensive 12 months warranty. Once that has expired, simply contact us to put a service contract in place. An extended 4 year warranty with servicing is available on Brooks straight lifts.

The Boma 7 comes with 1 years warranty as does the CX wheelchair lift.

  • How do I get a quote from you?

Simply call or email us and we will discuss your requirements in detail. We offer a free on site survey at our discretion and will get a quote in writing to you. What we quote is what you pay.

  • Do you buy in used lifts?

If stock allows we can make a fair offer for your straight lift.

Curved lifts are very house specific so the rail is immediate scrap metal. The carriage on occasion may be worth something in parts but generally not a lot.

The exception to the rule is the Stannah 260, we can arrange complete removal and in most cases offer money.

  • Do you charge VAT?

As many products used by people with disabilities are registered as mobility devices, individuals and charities do not pay VAT when purchasing them. Please visit the HMRC website for further information.

We will contact you within one business day.
